I have an existing small deck built approx. 30 yrs ago. I want to upgrade this deck and lengthen it by a metre. I need a plan drawn by someone with a Design 1 qualification. Deck length is 4.6m x 2.7m . Height off the ground at highest point is 2.8m.

Lee Wilkinson's company did an excellent job of designing a new deck. They also built the deck and again did an excellent job The work done has added significant value to the house .
