Re design existing 2 bed house to a 4 bed

We hav an idea of what we would like but are up for sagestions. We hav made a 3D plan on home builder 3D to give an idea. We hav a 2 bed plus loft house on an angled section. we are wanting to add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower section and move were the kitchen and bathroom are located on the top section. We will meed a plan we can take to councle ect and for builder to folow. Time frames are sooner rather than later.
