Garage/Extension

We have a rather sad leaky garage that we want to pull down and replace with new garage with a room above it. This room will double as a man cave with ensuite and bar/kitchenette as well as a guest room and deck overlooking the garden. Existing property is a 1986 Lockwood. Only looking for an architecture to draw up plans and deal with council. We have a builder in mind already. Thanks
