Double garage design and/or build

Existing single garage is too narrow and low. Need a double garage designed due to new cycle lane removing half of the on street parking. The street is on a gradual slope. Ideally need to be able to fit 2.1m high car on one side and regular car on other. Will need excavation at front of property. Ideally want garage roof that we can sit on top of as front of house gets evening sun. Probably either concrete block or Dincel wall type construction?
