Internal House structural changes (Load bearing walls)

We are looking to have two load-bearing walls moved in our house. The first load-bearing wall separates the master bedroom and the lounge and the 2nd load-bearing wall separates the dining room/lounge from the kitchen. Load bearing Wall 1: We plan to move the wall further into the lounge (approx. 600mm) so that we have a wardrobe in the master bedroom. Load bearing wall 2: We plan to open the dining room, lounge and kitchen so that it is open plan. As part of the work, we would like feedback on the overall design on how we plan to change the layout of our house. We initially placed a job ad two years ago however we placed that on hold as invested in double glazing as it was a higher priority. We are now looking to continue renovations in the house. Please note that the floorplan attached has been done using an online tool and measurements are best effort (done with tape measure in each room).
