Small load bearing wall removal

Small job. Looking for a draftsman to draw up a plan to partially remove a load bearing wall. Wall is approximately 4m long in total and I would like to remove approx 2.4m. Its the bottom flat and there are two floors above it. I'm wanting to know how much it will cost to draw up plans and then also anyone available to do it. I have a builder who can do the work. No specific timeframe to get the work done.
