Hello - last year we were granted building consent to do a significant renovation on our house. However, given rising costs, we have decided to do something more modest. We have been working with an interior designer who has come up with a good design for a new bathroom, and to put up a new wall to create an extra bedroom. Essentially this gives us what we need for our growing family, but without the major renovation requirements. What we need is someone who can take the interior designer's plan and submit a revised building consent to Wellington City Council (WCC) so we can start costing the building work. We have an existing plan with consent granted that we can supply, along with the interior designer's work (the proposed plan is included as an image for this listing). At this stage, we are wanting an estimate of how much it would cost to draw up the changes and submit the plans to WCC. We would also like an estimate of how long it would take.
