Drafting a Garden Shed and Fence

Hi, I would like to remove the hedge on our boundary / front of our property (as per the google map image) and then construct a shed along the front (attached). The back would be the fence visible from the street and on the house side we would be able to access a space for big storage and then the other side would be for tools etc. At the moment I am looking for someone who is able to take my ideas, look at the site and draw up some plans for construction which I can then use to get building consent.
