Small lean to laundry reno

We have a small lean to laundry that I would like to renovate using the existing footprint, and our builder says he needs drawings. It’s a slab foundation with concrete block (3 blocks high) then just has ply or something as cladding and a corrugated plastic roof. We want to have weatherboard cladding, change the location of the door and plumbing and raise the floor levels to match the rest of the house (about a half metre). We are based in Johnsonville.
