Consent drawings for Bathroom / Kitchen renovation

Requiring a draftsman for consented drawings. Job is for renovation of Kitchen/Bathroom/Laundry for Aro Valley house built circa 1910. Photos of existing Bathroom/Laundry/Kitchen are attached, in addition to planned schematic. Quite clear on what we want, are also open to ideas. Location of Kitchen/Bathroom/Laundry staying in the same place, floor to be raised by 1 foot. We have lifted the cork floors to find the original timber could not be re-used (joist/bears look fine) and that the joist span will need to be re-done to allow full tiling thought bathroom/laundry and kitchen. Raising of the subfloor to allow services clearance, vapor barrier and insulation. Also so that tiling can be flush through to the outside deck (also to be raised by 1 foot.
