Hi there, we have a finalized design for our kitchen and need someone to meet the following brief: Existing Situation Existing three bedroom, 1 bathroom Californian Bungalow We want to increase the size of the kitchen/laundry space. The scope is small to limit overcapitalizing. Design Brief: Reduce the size of the existing rear porch to increase internal kitchen space. Remove existing wall separating kitchen and laundry. Design beam as is necessary to support load-bearing roof struts. Provide basic layout of kitchen/laundry for building consent purposes only (client to design kitchen/purchase pre-made kitchen) New exterior-mounted Rinnai infinity hot water heater.
