We have a number of flat roofs on our 1980s built house. We would like to have plans drawn up so that we can get council consent to change the roofing material from Butenoyl to Colour steel. Three of these areas have currently got access to them via a door, keeping the access is not a priority. Two of the roofs have wooden decking covering the butenoyl (note the photos). Cheers! :)
