Internal Garage to Room Conversion

I'm looking to convert my internal garage to a master bedroom with an ensuite. I have drawn up a few ideas and would like some plans drawn up. I'd also like to get an understanding of what approvals I would need. I've attached some images of the current garage, original house plans, and a few of my own drawings, the one I made on the computer is the one I'm leaning towards but happy to take any suggestions.
