Single level new home

Hi Team, We are looking for demolishing old home and building new with the same foot print. Current footprint is around 94m2. Singal level. Concrete or old stucco house. It has to be on piles due to new flooding level height 450mm With the same footprint, we would prefer to take building consent to move forward. Brick cladding will be fine as well.
