Garage and House plans to consented stage

Job description

Draughting Services
Wellington

I recently purchased a lifestyle block in Ohariu Valley which has an old farmhouse that we are wanting to demo and build something new. Our rough timeframe to commence the new build is 18 months - 2 years. Before building the new house we want to build a large garage with sleepout that we can move into as temporary accomodation whilst we demolish the existing farm house and rebuild. We currently have a quote to purchase a 4 bay kitset garage with one of the bays designated as habitable. This kitset garage will come with plans for the shell construction but these plans will need to be modified to include a bathroom within the designated habitable space. We have also been advised by council that when we come to rebuild the main house it will need a whole new septic system, so we would like to incorporate this new septic system into the consented garage plans. The garage bathroom can then be connected to this new septic system and the system will be in place when the time comes to rebuild the main house . Some qualified consideration will need to be given to the placement of this new septic system so that it can appropriately service the new garage and the future house . Our timeframe for the garage project is to have the necessary plans completed and building consents in place for the construction to commence in 7 - 8 months time, i.e. by early March 2022. That said, we will need a preliminary site visit in the next few weeks to confirm that our overall plans are feasible so that i can go ahead and confirm the purchase of the kitset garage (quote expires 6 August) I am after somebody who can undertake this draughtsman work and complete within the given timeframes?
