1) Enclosing existing balcony approx 1.1m x3m to be used as-part of internal kitchen area. This would need to include a section of fire rated wall to the neighbours property and a structural design to add extra support (if needed). Cladding to match current uPVC palliside type, and window. We do not need any detailed kitchen design. 2) Add a toilet to an existing bathroom. Bathroom currently has a seperate shower and bath, and hand basin. We would like to remove the bath, move the hand basin and add a toilet. Again no detailed design work - just the essentials design for council consent.
