Small granny flat

I have a small house renovation project about to start in Tawa. As part of this, I would like to add a granny flat into the existing garage space beneath the house. I will require plans drawn up to include a small kitchenette and possible bathroom, as well as a lounge and 2 bedrooms. This will obviously require plumbing and electrical, but no structural work will be required - everything will be within the existing structure. I would be looking at getting you in for a measure next week and submit consents to council as soon as possible thereafter. Let me know if you're interested in the job.
