draft up new kitchen/lounge layout

Hi, We are currently wanting to get some quotes on getting our kitchen/ lounge and also adding a new balcony (coming off the kitchen area) drafted up. (and consent ready) I have attached a rough drawing of what will be required. It will be a matter of removing part of a wall and porch area, adding french doors, making one window bigger and closing off an internal door. at this stage we would like a quote on this being drafted up and potentially going through the consent process.
