Common areas renovation (bathroom, kitchen, laundry, lounge and dinning)

Our house is a 1970s house with the original layout for the common areas. We want to overhaul the bathroom and laundry, as well as the kitchen, dinning and lounge area. We will also need better access to the bedrooms, as currently we can only access the back rooms by walking through the study.
