Add 4th bedroom within existing building footprint.

Designs (incl. applicable permit requirements) and cost estimates for creating a fourth bedroom within existing building footprint of a poorly-optimised 230 sq.m. home. This will require the removal of the existing ensuite, moving of interior walls for the existing storage space, master ensuite and master WIR, creation of a new ensuite and WIR by reconfiguring master bedroom as well as reversing of double wardrobe in second bedroom to face hallway and become general storage space.
