I would like some drawings as part of work to remove an internal wall from a 1920’s brick and tile house. In the attached picture (can't get a decent internal picture) you can see the back door which originally an open veranda with the kitchen on the left and the toilet and laundry on the right hand side. At some point in the past, it was closed in and the internal wall on the left removed to open up the kitchen. Now, we want to remove the remaining wall on the right-hand side to open up the room further to create a larger kitchen/dining space to where the small window is. I believe this will require a beam in the middle of the building.
