Hamish is very friendly and relaxed. The issues that arose came mainly from our own ignorance of the consenting process and the costs and time that would involve. At first, given our ignorance, Hamish could have been more proactive in overseeing the progress of the project through the consent process. However, once we had discussed our problem with him, Hamish was very helpful in dealing with the Council.
