Council plans for small -medium sized renovations
Job description
We're looking for someone to draw some plans for council submission for us. We know what we're wanting and just need a draughtsman to put it on paper. We're looking at changing some windows, adding a couple of external doors, removing a couple of internal walls, and installing supporting beams, removing a bathroom and adding an ensuite and replacing an existing kitchen and bathroom - all within the existing floor plan of the house.

We would highly recommend using Fran. She provided council plans for our renovations which included bathrooms, kitchen, removal structural walls and installing new windows and doors. Fran was quick to communicate/respond to our queries with us, answered all of our questions, knew council regulations and responded quickly to council questions. It was around 5 weeks from the first meeting to council approval which far exceeded our expectations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
