draught a solution to my lean to roof

I have a lean to kitchen and bathroom with a strange long run roof that meets at a dip in the middle (where the drain is). This means the ceiling inside the kitchen is sloping downwards on both sides of the drain. This roof is attached to a tiled roof on the main house. I would like a nicer solution - hoping that the roof could be pitched from the bathroom over the kitchen into a gutter drain so so will remove the weird bump inside the kitchen ceiling. Am also wanting a skylight installed.
