Looking for a draftsperson/architect

Wanting to extend the mezzanine floor area (subfloor of our apartment). We currently have a mezzanine floor but want to extend it more. Have attached some proposed plans with. We would have to relocate the staircase. We are looking at plan B. We will be requiring consent from WCC.
