Building Consent Plans for Certificate of Compliance Application

Plan is to extend existing downstairs flat from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom as per high-level design (attached). I'm after someone who can prepare all the required documentation for a Certificate of Compliance/Building Consent from WCC for the plans. We won't do the building work immediately which is why I'm after a Certificate of Compliance. High-level design has been completed in such a way as to avoid the need for resource consent. A pre-application meeting with the Council has not highlighted any issues with proceeding on this basis (i.e. WCC have confirmed resource consent will not be required). This is an investment property so I'm not too fussy on the detailed specifications (exterior will be weatherboard with boxed corners, roof will be long run steel, and new windows/doors will be aluminium).
