Basement Extension - Workshop/Laundry

We require an Architect to provide planning layout and renovation design for a basement extension to create a workshop / laundry. I would like to dig out an area below the house and turn it into a workshop / laundry. There is already access into this area from the bottom level of the house however it will need some excavation / retaining designed to turn it into a workshop/laundry. Note the house has a ring foundation and piles - this area has no piles however would need to be excavated right to the ring foundation
