Design a Site Plan

Require the help of an architect or draftsman to prepare a site plan that would pinpoint all the possible building sites on a plot of land. Will supply a topography and boundary survey report, however, you may need to rely on the GIS map for some unmapped contours. Would be preferable to have working knowledge of the Porirua City Council requirements, if not can supply the basic requirements from the District Plan.
