Draughtsman needed

Hi there, My partner and I have recently purchased a home in Lyall Bay. We initially planned on renovating the property without any working drawings as I’m a builder and we weren’t planning on doing anything that needed building consent. However, our plans have changed and we want to make a few changes that would require consent. Ive put together some drawings of the existing floor plan, new floor plan and some elevations. All dimensions are correct and to scale. You’ll see on my floor plan the small extension that juts out on the end of the dwelling. This small jut out is the original foot print and used to house the bathroom. What we want to do is move the bathroom to the centre of the house (as shown) and replace it with the kitchen. Just to clarify, the foot print of the dwelling isn’t changing, what is changing however is the pitch of the lean-to roof. Originally it had a lower ceiling compared to the rest of the house, and its roofs pitch was at a different angle. We want to raise the height of the lean-to so it marry’s in with the same pitch as the rest of the house. The new windows are movings slightly from the existing openings. Ive already commenced the renovation with the original plan in mind, so the project has been put on hold until we can get some working drawings for consent. No doubt you here this all the time, but we’re hoping to get this underway as soon as possible. If this is something your interested in please advise when you would be able to start this project. Just so we’re clear I’ve already taken quantities and know what its going to cost us, so therefore I won’t muck you around and could even sign an agreement tomorrow.
