Sleep-out conversion

I'm converting a semi attached garage into a sleepout with ensuite. The garage was turned into a hairdressing studio by previous owner so it's already lined, insulated, has flooring etc. I already have a builder and a basic floor plan. Just need a draftsman for detailed plans and to submit building consent application to council.
