Renovation/Extension that requires Resource consent

I own a small one bedroom free standing house in Wellington. I want to renovate and extend the house and turn into 2 bedroom. However Resource consent is required as there is a consent notice on the property not allowing any further increase in footprint. Initial stages completed with draft plan and Planner on board. Need someone to do initial drawings for planner and then continue with working drawings and building consent once RC obtained.
