Seatoun Heights Renovations technical drawings

We have a very dated 70-year-old house with great bones. We’ve been working with an architect to turn it into our dream home. If you are a draftsman who can turn architectural designs into drawings for builders and council approval, then we want you. The renovations will include; - removing interior walls to make a large open plan living area, - replacing the roof with a gable-style ceiling and large floor-to-ceiling glazing, - excavating under the house to build a hallway, - building bathrooms and a kitchen, - and installing central-heating and double-glazing throughout. We want to finish the build before our baby arrives so a quick turnaround would be appreciated. We've posted before and after pics. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
