Architect plans for small residential renovation

I require an Architect to draw renovations plans that will be submitted as part of the Wellington City Council consent process. The renovations I am looking at are as follows: 1. Increase window sizes at front of house - I currently have 2 small windows and a double-door at the front of my house (leading out to a deck). I would like to maximise the glass at the front of the house. Because of this, I think I will need a structural assessment of the wall and possibly some lintels added in. The length of the wall is approximately 7.3m and I would like to, at least, double the size of the 3 openings. 2. Move kitchen to another room - The existing kitchen will be removed and a new kitchen will be fitted in an adjacent room. I will require consent to shift the services and plans drawn up accordingly for the consent submission. Services include water, gas, waste, and power. I would like to get this renovation moving as soon as possible, so timely plans would be ideal.
