I am looking for a draft person for the garage renovation project. I would like change the garage into ensuit . The place will rent out as an accommodation. The land size is width of 6.5m and depth of 9m. The left side of the brick wall attached to the excavated ground. Just next to the our backyard. Other side of the brick wall is 1m away from the neighbor's house. The back wall of the garage also is very close to the neighbor's garden too. There are 2 garages which is divided by the brick wall in the centre. The left side the garage is slightly wider than the right one therefore the left side of the garage will be the ensuit. I would like to keep the half of the right side garage for the storage, so the bathroom will be assembled the half space of the right garage. I am wondering whether I need to destroy all garage or not for creating the space even though just for renovating the garage into en suit. It's the simple project but I need to pass WCC assessment so you must obtain a proper knowledge and certification to create relating documents.
