Draftsman for Resource Consent

We require a draftsman to draw up some plans for Resource Consent and later (subject to this being approved) Building Consent. We've conditionally purchased a small 261sqm section. We've designed a house plan (attached) which makes reasonable use of the site (40% site coverage) we'd be allowed. At this stage we're just after drawings and sections to meet Resource Consent purposes (we have topographical survey lines to help with drawing sections). Understandably the final cost will vary depending on the amount of work required. At this stage please provide information on experience, qualifications and price (fixed price and/or hourly rates are fine).
