Hello, I want to build 3 rooms in the basement of my house, which is currently not developed. There is nearly no need for excavation and the access should be via a new in-house stair. Altogether the new floor under my house will be about 3.5m * 15m. [phone] I would like to get all-inclusive (fixed price) offers including planning, consent, building, windows, electricity (no water supply) and all other jobs necessary.
