House Design Changes

Hi I have a house in Newlands that needs some work done to comply with council CCC. I need someone to draw up the changes and apply for building consent. I am working with council to confirm what is required and they have been very helpful to date. The main things are 1. Removal of an existing upper story deck(Not over a room but on side of house) and replacing with a new design compying with existing code 2. Designing a head area of stairs that is below 2m and needs to be increased 3. Fixing a ground deck that does not have piles at correct distances. 4. Leveling a floor A few other small items. This is not a huge job but needs someone with a "few ideas" to make this as efficient as possible. Cheers Stuart
