We have a builder/plumber, but need a few internal alterations done & drawn up based on the original plans... possible walls shifted from an 'awkward' laundry and creating a better use of the space for storage. a larger wall removed opening the lounge/kitchen area and appropriate reinforments to be drawn up to support this, bathroom rearrangement and also plans to replace an existing deck which was non-compliant when we purchased the house

Steve did a great job helping us design, re-jig and plan out our major renovations to our bathroom & more. He was able to understand what we wanted and never questioned whenever we got back to him with changes and ideas. His design work was great and most of the ideas he put forward we used. He also did a great job of doing everything by the book and cutting no corners when it came to dealing with the council for consents, so it was never an issue or stress. Would definitely use Steve again!
