Remove walls to open up the kitchen and spare bedroom by taking space from the laundry. Kitchen and bedroom both back onto the laundry (laundry is the middle of both rooms). Reconfigure layout for laundry. Add in more wardrobe space, widen kitchen through adding in space from laundry, add in doorway between kitchen and laundry, add in walls in laundry, extend a wall where rangehood is going, remove a wall between kitchen and lounge room that is a load bearing wall. Put in wider sliding doors leading to the deck from kitchen. Put in new skylight windows, remove and replace two windows and remove the 3rd window and replace it with a wall.
