Building consent plans & application

We need building plans to be drafted and submitted for a building consent. The concept plans are already done and available (can share upon making contact). The main house is a late 1960s 3 bedroom 1 bathroom weatherboard house on a reasonably flat land in Te Atatu Peninsula. The scope of the project is a 34sqm extension, comprising of master bedroom and ensuite and some modifications to the main house (relocation of main bathroom and creation of new hallway and laundry).
