Reinforced glass terrace in Titirangi 2

We are looking at tearing down a first-floor deck that leads onto a flimsy roof of an open air covered area and replacing the whole lot with reinforced glass, so it becomes a big terrace for the first floor but still provides a roof for the covered area downstairs. The approximate surface is 70sqm. Not sure if this is an architect or structural engineering project as the foundations may need to be reviewed to make sure they can support the weight of the structure and glass.
