Plans for a new bathroom

Draw up plans to add a new bathroom to a garage / sleepout / office. The existing garage is a double garage, with one half (divided lengthwise) already partially converted into an office. The new bathroom will be built into one end of this garage, and will need to have water and drainage added I need a draftsman to draw up the plans for the proposed work for the purposes of getting building consent from the Auckland City Council.
