Renovation plans

Hi there, We have a 3 bedroom 50s home where we are planning to do some renovation work over time. The property file was lost according to the council so all we have is a LIM report and a storm water plan that is not accurate. Scope of work (we think includes): * Draw up existing house layout * Draw up renovation plans * Typography survey to levels / confirm fence line / levels * Underground survey for utilities Renovation to be in stages, but we want to get drawings done before we start and identify any consents required/engineers. Scope of renovation: * Change back door entrance to pantry space * Demolish back door steps and make space for Bike storage shed * Change layout to better utlitse en-suite/laundry space with larger walk-in wardrobe * Open up wall between kitchen and dining room (reposition power board) * Allow for garden/tool shed in South West corner of house * Allow for garden shed on West side of house We intend to use Insulamx for insulation which we understand they sort out the consents required.
