Consent for downstairs unit

I there, I have completed preliminary checks with a planner to ensure the unit passes zoning regulations to be consented. It's a downstairs garage that has been converted into a studio unit that needs to be consented. Plans need to be drawn, cross-lease land to concrete ratio need to be measured, fireproofing work will be required and COA for bathroom work. I'm looking for someone to manage the tasks and ensure its council certified ready for renting. Looking for immediate quote and work to begin.
