Drafting a plan

Carport attached to the main building to be converted into a room. It is open on three sides at the moment, about 25-30sqm. We need a toilet and a shower accomodated in the room, preferably at the back. It will be an office space. One side of the room will have a window and the front will have sliding glass doors.This plan is required to get the consent from the council.
