2 LTA renovations

There’s a few other things we’d like to get looked at as follows: 1.Internal laundry/Store room - Remove wall and door between current laundry area and store room, make good etc – to make one larger and more useful utility room. See plan where I’ve marked the wall to be removed and photo attached for an idea of what this is. 2.Panels over windows We’d like to change the existing panels (external) above the window joinery – we were thinking maybe we could replace them with cedar cladding of some sort? There’s 4 panels in total – see attached photos Front porch pillars We’d like to remove the current circular column cladding (which covers the posts holding up the porch roof) and replace them with cedar boxing or similar. Also maybe replace the triangular panel with cedar or other to match changes to panels above windows. Photos attached so you can get an idea of what there now. Garage Door Reveals We are thinking we will replace the existing double garage door with a cedar one in which case it would seem to make sense to change the current painted reveals to cedar – which would all then match to items as above and a new gge door. Prbablyt needs no detailing but just to give the overall picture
