Job description
We have a living & dining room that is restricted with the layout of furniture because there is a structure smack bang in the centre. Can we get rid of it or part of it (I don't know how load bearing it is)? This also creates a lot of dead space that can't be used. And the space does not make the most of our awesome views to the Waitakere Ranges because the west facing window is not very big. I want some wow factor when you walk into the room. And ideally I would like a bigger deck for indoor/outdoor flow and entertainment. So in a nutshell: 1. Can we get rid of part of some of the structure in the middle of the room; 2. What options do we have to enhance the view out or windows; 3. What options do we have for a larger balcony.
