I have an existing deck that I want to get closed in to become a weathertight room. It's at first floor level - not ground floor - and adjoins the unit next door so will need attention to drainage to make sure rain is chanelled away from the neighbour. Dimensions approx 2m x 4m. Not particularly urgent, but I'm ready to go ahead so soon is good.
