Renovation Drawings & Council Consent

We have a 1970's weatherboard house that is currently 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a large double garage under the house with no internal access. We would like to turn the house into a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom by utilising the garage and adding in stairs. In addition we want to alter the living / kitchen space and add a deck. Whilst we have a number of ideas on how this can be achieved we require a draught person with some design flair so we can make the best use of the space we have. We have the property file CD from council with the original plans, although the quality is not the best. We then would like drawings finalised and submitted to council for consent.
