Site Plan for Sleepout Relocation

I require Council Resource Consent for the relocation of a 6m x 3m sleepout on to the rear yard of my property 39 Jadewynn Drive Massey, Waitakere. I require a draughtsman to draw a site plan for the proposed relocation of the sleepout. I have council drawings for 39 Jadewynn Drive but they do not include two retaining walls that were built since. I would like a quote please or an approximate will do. Required immediately.
